My event was a huge success. In fact, it was “over the top”. Ann coordinated each detail with extreme care. She helped select the menu., the tablecloths, bar and dinner napkins, china, etc. to create a homogeneous effect. She styled and created gorgeous flower arrangements and placed them in just the right places and procured a birthday cake that was the center of attraction and awed my guests. Her expertise is many faceted and she created unusual fact filled favors from the year I was born that thrilled my guests. Ann Saavedra is a multi-talented event planner using a myriad of skills and sources to crate a ‘never to be forgotten’ event. I will call on Ann for all my parties and recommend her unequivocally.”

Ann planned a 40th Surprise Birthday party for my wife in San Francisco. The event turned out to be one of the most memorable events for me and my family. Her attention to detail was great! She thought of things I wouldn’t, while keeping in mind all the things I envisioned. She was most valuable the day of the event dealing with small mishaps and timing changes. She was very easy to communicate with,  and was available by email or phone whenever I needed her. I would highly recommend her to anyone planning an event.

We began to plan food, favors, decorations and found I was at loggerheads with the facility manager, when I could reach her. I hired Ann; she quickly devised a floor plan, meeting all my needs. She helped me pick the menu, taste tested it with me, and had a wonderful idea for the dessert finale. I used her people for the invitations, and they were fast and excellent. The day of the event Ann was there early with the flowers and to oversee the set up. Ann is absolutely fantastic! She made our wedding day go so smoothly and took care of everything from setting up the room, coordinating with al our vendors, ensuring our timeline went well throughout the event, to staying hours after the wedding to clean everything up so the wedding party and my parents weren’t stuck with it all.  She saved the day many, many times.  My dress ripped big time during the pre-wedding photos (my husband stepped on it) and came to the rescue and fixing it so no one even knew anything was wrong! Can’t praise Ann enough.  I would recommend that EVERY bride hire her!

I love Ann, she is professional, friendly and always ready to help.  I first contacted her a couple of years ago to help with my first daughter’s wedding and because she made my life so easy, was happy to be able to call on her again this past November for my second daughter’s wedding in Danville.
